Our goal is not to limit your expectations, but rather to help guide them. For instance, social media is an excellent means of augmenting an existing advertising campaign, while at the same time providing a direct line of communication from consumer to company which, when managed properly, can reduce customer service expenses and lead to breakthroughs in product development and customer retention. It is not, however, a panacea that leads miraculously to limitless profit, and we will not mislead you just to close a sale. Sales closed by lies will simply lead to dissatisfied clients down the road.
